I plan on actually following through with my Poppy concept, all the way to a rigged model! Too bad I've never done any of this stuff.
I'm still learning to use Mudbox and to sculpt like a noob, but hey I think the hair at least has come out okayish; still need to mess with the fluff in front of the ears, but maybe I'll cover that when I do the ears themselves.
Concept in Photoshop, base model from Daz, and presently sculpting it into the best yordle in Mudbox!

Ah yeah now I see it. Program looks interesting. Her proportions look a bit different here than in your previous picture though, not sure if that's intentional, or just still WIP.
